My Fashion Week Lookbook
This past week marked the unveiling of the Spring/Summer 2016 collection of Canadian designers at World Master Card Fashion Week in Toronto. As media, I attended everyday, in style of course. Check out my looks from Day 1 to Day 5.
Coat – Mikhael Kors, Dress – Asos, Sunglasses – Tom Ford, Purse – Yves Saint Laurent
A closer look
I added some flair to the outfit by pairing it with cowboy boots
Cowboy Boots – Vintage from Consign Toronto
Boyfriend Fit Flannel Shirt – Aritzia, Vegan Fringe Skirt – Kandu Clothing, Boots – Nine West
In spirit of Fall, wearing Smoked Purple by MAC lipstick
I forewent the traditional bag and paired my outfit with this gorgeous leather mini backpack from Chosen Vintage.
I layered a black shorts jumpsuit with a wool vest, a shawl/scarf and paired it with thigh high boots.
Jumpsuit – BCBG Max Azria, Vest – RW&Co., Scarf – Aritizia, Boots – Nine West, Sunglasses – Tom Ford
The Jumpsuit has a silk pyjama style collar that is very trendy right now. I picked up this one of a kind hand made necklace in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Adding a bit of fringe flair to my outfit with this purse from Zara
I love the stretch panel at the back of these boots, as I often find it hard for boots to fit over my calves
Keeping it soft with nude nails and sprucing it up with multiple rings
Gothic Chic for Day 4. I needed a look to take me from day to night, as I was attending the official after parties.
Dress – Honey, Shoes – Nine West, Sunglasses – Nine West
I layered a gold body chain with a key pendant necklace from Tiffany & Co. to add dimension to an all black outfit.
Closer look at the arm candy – bracelets and purse, Purse – Chanel
I picked up this lose fitting crop top from the Artist & Fleas Market in Williamsburg, NY, Belt – Hermes, Jeans – Zara
I paired this casual look with stilettos to add a bit of flair, Shoes – Christian Louboutin
Jacket – Sample item from my family’s leather manufacturing company based in India, Sunglasses – Tom Ford
Purse – Vintage Celine
I had a lot of fun with this sleek high pontytail – a look that was big on Paris Fashion Week’s Runway this season.
